Ordering Books, CDs and other materials
We regularly get requests from people asking if they can get books, CDs, and other materials on-line and with a credit card. Some also ask if faster shipping is available. This section of the web site is our effort to satisfy those requests.
Please note that although we might not have all the legal language perfectly correct, materials requested through this web site are sent as a free gift as a "thank you" for the suggested donation shown. We use a software package that is designed as a regular commercial web store that is included with the web hosting package. It uses the wording of a for-profit store rather than a donation to the ministry. Without paying for a custom software package, it may appear that these items are being sold (as in "you don't get it unless you pay for it"). That is just the limitation we are working with. If you would like to request these materials, and you genuinely cannot afford to make a donation, please make your request by mail directly to the church. Again, materials are readily available without any donation or compensation of any kind, but this web site is not set up to process those requests.
Sort Order - Please note that the items are in the order that the software puts them in. We are looking for a solution to this, but until then, you will need to look through the list to find what you are looking for.

Pricing the CDs
When we established our tape ministry in 1987 we set the suggested donation to duplicate and mail a cassette tape at $2.00. Twenty years later that amount remains unchanged. This is not the cost of a cassette but of the cassette and the mailing materials and the duplicating machines, and the repair of the machines and the building in which to house the operation, etc.
Now as we convert to CD we have wrestled with what to ask to cover our costs and to enable us to continue to send materials at no cost to those in nations where poverty is the norm. So our requested donation schedule is as follows. (Each sermon is counted as one hour, although they often run longer.)

Is this a Business or a Ministry?
We are a ministry, not a business. Our work is done by volunteers and we do all in our power to keep our costs at a minimum. It is not possible for persons in Third-World nations to pay for their study materials, and those missionaries and native pastors abroad (whom we most desire to serve) have no funds to spare. Also, there are many in the USA who cannot afford the study materials they desire and we do not believe God would have us deny them the opportunity to learn. Therefore, we ask that all who are able send as much as they can afford to help with the expense of the work. The prices shown here reflect our cost to produce the items. You will also find an "Additional Donation" item if you would like to help to send materials to others who cannot afford them.
If you honestly cannot send funds to cover the cost of your order, we will still send the materials you desire. We want you to grow in grace and knowledge.

Processing Requests for Free Materials
As of October, 2006, The Bible Baptist Church of DeLand has printed 31 book titles and a total of 252,000 books; we have distributed 1,780,000 cassette tapes; and 85,000 music CDs have been sent out. We have had responses from 116 nations and all 50 states.
Much of what we send out is sent with nothing donated by those who have requested materials. God has always provided the means to pay for these Bible study materials. The photos shown here were taken during one of our mass-mailing days. Mass-mailings are done to process the many requests for general Bible study materials we receive - primarily from overseas. Requests for specific materials are processed differently. It is always a joy to work together like this to help spread The Gospel.
Requesting materials using this web site
This web site is set up for those who wish to request and donate for books, CDs, and other Bible study materials using a credit card. Orders placed through this site typically have a faster turn-around time than those placed through the mail. You can get the printed order form by clicking here.
We use PayPal for processing credit card orders. Since we have a business account, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account - you can simply use your credit card just as you would with any other on-line payment.
Orders for Non-U.S. Addresses
We are now accepting web orders for orders to be shipped outside the United States. In order to make this work, please keep in mind the following:
• Amounts need to be in US dollars. PayPal accepts payments in Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Czech Koruna, Danish
Krone, Euros, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian
Krine, Polish Zloty, Pounds Sterling, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Swiss
Franc, Yen and U.S. Dollars. You might need to do a manual currency conversion into $US.
• We will calculate the shipping charge for your order before you place the order, and then email the amount to you. You MUST email us with a list of what you would like to order and the destination address BEFORE placing your order on the web site. We will send you an email with the shipping amount so that you can include it in your order. It would be nice if the web store software could do that automatically, but we aren't set up to do that.
